CreatorFinder helps video editors, scriptwriters, designers, and other users discover YouTube creators based on information such as niche, country, and audience size.

CreatorFinder may display publicly available creator and channel information obtained from third-party sources and public websites.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CreatorFinder only for lawful purposes.

You must not use CreatorFinder to engage in unlawful activity, abuse third-party services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with the service, or misuse information obtained through the service.

Users are responsible for using publicly available contact information appropriately and complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules when contacting creators.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain CreatorFinder features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing intervals, and available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Paystack and Paddle. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Subscription Renewal

Where a subscription is configured as recurring, it may renew automatically according to the billing interval displayed at checkout until cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

CreatorFinder and its original software, design, branding, and content are owned by NextFlow Automations or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CreatorFinder except where expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

CreatorFinder may depend on third-party services, platforms, APIs, and data sources. We do not control those third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep CreatorFinder available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

CreatorFinder is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information displayed through the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextFlow Automations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use CreatorFinder.
